In a course called visual communication, we were tasked to create a business card for an imaginary business of our choice. I went for a fashion label specializing in vintage fashion and styles. Particularly the name “BustleBottoms” was a piece worn under a dress to give more volume to ones behind.
I went for a top hat, glasses and a nice moustache to make the fashion apparent. The faded wallpaper in the background roughly suits the time period of the specific clothes that this imaginary company sells. Sadly some of my fonts got tumbled up a bit…
I experimented with different perspectives for the faceless top hat man, adding a pipe for flair. But less seemed like more, which is why i chose the simpler front view for the business card itself.
